  1. Beautiful. Although I do feel sorry for everyone who got stuck.

  2. I agree about liking snow best when it goes quickly. It looks pretty and can be fun but the novelty quickly wares off.

  3. Wonderful photos. I loved the last one with the corkscrew tree's branches twisting through the snow.

  4. We'd been into Brighton that day with my parents. Luckily we all got back to our respective houses in time before the roads went to pot! I would NOT have been a happy bunny. So sorry to hear you daughter was stuck on the A23. Totally miserable.

  5. I heard about all the snow in Crawley. I'm in a different county now! We had no snow.

  6. It was all quite a shock for us so how it must have been for you I don't know!

By the way, re your comment on my blog, I can't see your name on the A to Z list but if you want to take part there's plenty of time to sign up :-)

  7. I'm rather glad I was out of it - though we did have a little snow in Ubeda and it looked great on the distant Sierras.
Not much fun landing back at Bristol, though. It took three attempts to get down.
